Sorry. No posts for nearly a month. I've been busy fighting the Gestapo (otherwise known as the CSA). Never in the history of human finance, has so much been owed so unfairly... Although this organisation was created by the last Tory government, it really is the embodiment of Blairism. Take a noble and popular idea (in this case, responsible parenting) and create a mindless, centralised, unfair and inefficient bureaucracy which undermines and damages its own raison d'etre.
